Darling River Trip 2013

Planning Is the key to a successful trip down the Darling River, waiting and watching the river heights and the rains in the South Eastern Queensland basin, seeing how long the water takes to come down into the river system!

After many months of planning we packed up and left Newcastle for the drive northwest.

We arrived at the Barwon River and prepared to launch after a 9.5 hour trip from Newcastle to Brewarrina on the 25th February 2013.
Thanks to Barry and Noel for coming to drive the rig home for us!!
Alan enjoying the river view!
